Confession of a Ne’er-do-well

Struggling to come up with lyrics for the songwriting course assignment, I asked my friend C, who loved adapting and writing lyrics, for help. The lyrics were written in the usual waggish, funny style, which I followed with my own ideas to finish this self-deprecating story. The demo is piano-only and quite scrappy.
